不同溶媒稀释氯化钾口服液口感接受程度的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:比较服用不同溶媒稀释的KCl口服液的口感接受程度。方法:健康受试者采用单盲,随机服用不同溶媒稀释的KCl口服液5 ml,记录其口感接受程度。配置方法对照组A:10%氯化钾(KCl)30 ml+温水60 ml;改良组B:10%KCl 30 ml+5%葡萄糖溶液(5%GS)60 ml;改良组C:10%KCl 30 ml+10%葡萄糖溶液(10%GS)30 ml;改良组D:10%KCl 30 ml+甜味剂1 g+温水60 ml;改良组E:10%KCl 30 ml+甜味剂2 g+温水60 ml。结果:各组间评分均值比较,改良组D水平最高(78分),改良组E其次(75分),受试者口感接受程度各组间差异有统计学意义(F=40.667,P<0.001)。对照组A与改良组B、C差异无统计学意义,与改良组D、E差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。改良组B、C分别与改良组D、E差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),但改良组B与C、改良组D与E差异无统计学意义。结论:临床上宜使用改良组D方法,分3次口服。无甜味剂时可以采用增加葡萄糖含量的方法配置,如10%KCl 30ml+50%GS 20 ml(相当于1 g甜味剂甜度)+温水40 ml。Objective:To compare the mouthfeel acceptance of 10%potassium chloride injection diluted with different solvents.Methods:Healthy subjects were single-blind and randomly administered 5 ml of 10%potassium chloride injection diluted with different solvents,and their taste acceptance was recorded.Configuration method control group A was given 10%potassium chloride 30 ml added into 60 ml warm water;modified group B 10%potassium chloride 30 ml in 5%GS 60 ml;modified group C 10%potassium chloride 30 ml in 10%GS 30 ml;modified group D 10%potassium chloride 30 ml;modified group E 10%potassium chloride 30 ml in 60 ml warm water with 2 g+sweetener.Results:Compared with the average scores of other groups,the improved group D had the highest level(78 points),and the improved group E ranked the next(75 points).The taste acceptance level of the subjects had a statistically significant difference between the groups(F=40.667,P<0.001).There was no statistical significance between the control group A and the modified groups B and C,but there was statistical significance between the modified groups D and E(P<0.001).The group B and group C had statistical difference from groups D and E,repectively(P<0.001),but group B was not significantly different from group C,nor was group D from group E.Conclusion:Clinically,it is recommended to use the modified method of group D,orally in three doses.When there is no sweetener,increasing the glucose content can do the job as well,such as 10%potassium chloride 30 ml+50%GS 20 ml(equivalent to 1 g sweetener sweetness)+40 ml warm water.
