摘  要:分析了结构件和导热材质的冷却方式,采用LED光源组件散热和增大散热面积的方式对显示器进行了散热设计,保证了显示器在高温环境下以较高亮度运行正常。结合热仿真实验证明,提出的显示器散热设计能够满足可靠性要求。The cooling methods of structural parts and thermally conductive materials were analyzed,and meanwhile the heat dissipation design of the display was carried out by using the LED light source assembly to dissipate heat and increase the heat dissipation area. It ensured that the display could operate normally with high brightness in high temperature environment. Combined with thermal simulation,experiments showed that the proposed display heat dissipation design could meet the reliability requirements.
