摘 要:预警机自动飞行控制系统(AFCS)是一种可靠性和安全性要求极高的复杂实时控制系统,其对飞机航迹、姿态及速度的自动控制能力直接影响飞机预警精度与搜索效果。采用GO法定量分析某预警机AFCS的可靠性。首先阐述了某预警机AFCS的结构和工作原理,建立了其GO图模型;其次按照GO操作符的运算规则,采用状态概率法进行GO运算,并运用MATLAB软件进行数学建模和编程,通过对数据的运算处理,定量分析了某预警机AFCS正常运行的可靠度;再次利用FTA法,以预警机AFCS故障为顶事件,建立飞机AFCS的故障树图,根据故障树顶事件的计算方法,定量分析了某预警机AFCS正常运行的可靠度;最后将GO法和FTA法的可靠度计算结果进行对比分析,结果表明,GO法在某预警机AFCS可靠度分析中更加全面、精确,是一种有效的系统可靠性分析方法。Airborne early warning aircraft(AEWA)automatic flight control system(AFCS)is a kind of complex real-time control system,which has high requirements to reliability and safety,and the automatic control ability to the aircraft course,attitude and speed directly influences warning accuracy and search results.In order to analysis the reliability of the AFCS of the airborne early warning aircraft quantitatively,GO(Goal-Oriented)methodology was adopted.The structure and principle of the AFCS of the AEWA were analyzed firstly,and the GO graph model of the AFCS of the AEWA was established.Secondly,according to GO operator operation rules,the reliability of the normal operation of the AFCS of the AEWA was analyzed quantitatively by using MATLAB software in mathematical modeling and processing the data.Thirdly,the fault tree analysis(FTA)methodology,which took the failure of AFCS as top event and built the FTA diagram of the AFCS,was used to calculate the reliability of the normal operation of the AFCS of the AEWA quantitatively according to the calculation method of FTA top events.Finally,the calculation results of the GO methodology and FTA methodology were compared.The result shows that the GO method is an effective method of system reliability analysis,and more comprehensive and accurate in the analysis of the AFCS.
