摘 要:三相三电平VIENNA拓扑是三相功率因数校正(PFC)结构形式的一种,因其具有结构简单、输入谐波电流含量低、可实现单位因数功率校正、开关管无直通风险和电压应力小等特点,广泛应用于新能源充电桩领域、通信电源、大功率整流电源场合。PLECS是专门针对电力电子与电力传动的仿真软件,其支持功率器件的热模型与磁性器件的损耗分析,可独立或嵌套在Matlab中使用。首先介绍了三相VIENNA型PFC电源的基本工作原理,详细阐述了平均电流控制的实现方法,并给出了部分主功率器件的选型依据,然后在PLECS软件中,构建了一个电路与控制算法相结合的三相VIENNA型大功率PFC电源的仿真模型,最后通过仿真模型的搭建与仿真实验,验证了电路参数设计的合理性和采用谐波注入的平均电流控制算法的可行性。Three phase three-level VIENNA topology is a kind of three-phase power factor correction(PFC)structure.Because of its simple structure,low input harmonic current content,unit factor power correction,no direct risk of switching and low voltage stress,it is widely used in the new energy charging piles,communication power supply and high-power supply occasions.PLECS is a special simulation software for power electronics and power transmission.It supports the thermal model of power devices and the loss analysis of magnetic devices,and can be used independently or nested in Matlab.Firstly,the basic working principle of three-phase VIENNA PFC power supply was introduced,the implementation method of average current control was described in detail,and the selection basis of some main power devices was given.Then in PLECS software,a simulation model of three-phase VIENNA high-power PFC power supply combining circuit and control algorithm was constructed.Finally,through simulation experiments,the rationality of circuit parameter design and the feasibility of loop control algorithm were verified to assist the development and design of physical prototype.
