摘 要:采用ARIZ-85C理论,对汽车后排安全带卷收器脱落失效问题开展创新设计。依据ARIZ理论最小定义问题方法,锁定该问题的技术矛盾——乘员佩戴空间与卷收器受Y向载荷的矛盾。并通过矛盾矩阵及发明原理、标准解、时空分析、最终理想解及物场资源,围绕技术矛盾寻找创新设计方案,共计获得11种概念设计方案,经工程可行性评估,锁定两种可工程运用的设计方案。该研究表明,ARIZ-85C理在处理汽车实际工程问题时,面对复杂问题时有清晰的创新设计逻辑及可直接使用的创新工具,具备高效、全面、系统、有迹可循等特点,为汽车工程问题的创新设计开拓了思路,提供了方法。The ARIZ-85C theory was adopted to carry out an innovative design for the failure of the rear seat belt retractor.According to the minimum definition problem method of ARIZ theory,the technical contradiction of the problem-the contradiction between the occupant's wearing space and the Y-direction load of the retractor was locked.Through the contradiction matrix and principle of invention,standard solution,space-time analysis,final ideal solution and object field resources,innovative design solutions were found around technical contradictions,and a total of 11 conceptual design solutions were obtained.After engineering feasibility assessment,two design schemes that could be used in engineering were locked.The research shows that ARIZ-85C has clear innovative design logic and directly usable innovative tools when dealing with complex problems when dealing with actual automotive engineering problems.It is efficient,comprehensive,systematic,and traceable.It opens up ideas and provides methods for the innovative design of automotive engineering problems.
