摘  要:以国内某深水半潜式生产储油平台的舱底水系统为研究对象,首先对该平台舱底水泵的需求及气动隔膜泵的工作原理、优点做了详细介绍,总结得出气动隔膜泵应用于半潜式生产储油平台舱底水系统的可行性,并介绍了通过增加隔膜监测传感器应对气动隔膜泵失效原因最多的隔膜破裂问题。其次对该平台舱底水泵的调试技术进行了介绍,特别是调试过程中经常出现的泵吸水困难、隔膜监测装置与平台中控系统信号类型不匹配的问题进行了描述和原因分析,提出了解决措施。最后实践验证了气动隔膜泵用于舱底水系统的可行性,测试结果满足要求,对现场操作维护和完善设计具有指导意义。Taking the bilge water system of a domestic semi-submersible production and storage platform as the research object,at first the demand of the bilge water pump of the platform and the working principle and advantages of the pneumatic diaphragm pump were introduced in detail,and the feasibility of applying the pneumatic diaphragm pump to the bilge water system of the semi-submersible production and storage platform were summarized.It was also introduced that how to solve the problem of diaphragm rupture with the most failure causes of pneumatic diaphragm pump by adding diaphragm monitoring sensor.Secondly,the commissioning technology of the bilge water pump of the platform was introduced,especially the problems of difficult water absorption of the pump and the type of signal mismatch between the diaphragm monitoring device and the platform central control system were described and analyzed,and the solutions were put forward.Finally,the feasibility of using pneumatic diaphragm pump in bilge water system was verified by practice,and the test results met the requirements.It has guiding significance for on-site operation,maintenance and perfect design.
