摘　　要：目的:探讨深圳市介入医学发展现状,为综合性医院发展介入医学提供数据支持。方法:在2021年3月29日至4月29日期间,采用问卷调查的方法向深圳市开展介入诊疗的医学机构及从事介入工作的医生进行调查。结果:参与调研的开展介入诊疗的医院中,三甲医院占66.67%,非三甲医院占33.33%,三甲医院介入设备配置较非三甲医院高。在调研的介入医师中,具备影像专业背景者占56.88%,109名介入医师学历水平均在本科及本科以上。结论:深圳市介入医学发展良好,同时医院之间发展水平参差不齐,不同级别医院之间业务水平差距显著,介入医学发展面对挑战诸多,为了推进介入学科跨越式发展,需加强介入学科建设和人才培养。Objective To explore the development status of interventional medicine in Shenzhen and provide data support for the development of interventional medicine in general hospitals.Methods From March 29 to April 29,2021,a questionnaire survey was conducted among medical institutions and doctors engaged in interventional treatment in Shenzhen.Results Among the hospitals involved in interventional diagnosis and treatment,the 3-A-grade hospitals accounted for 66.67%,and the non 3-A-grade hospitals accounted for 33.33%,and the allocation of interventional equipment in 3-A-grade hospital was higher than that in other hospitals.Among the interventional physicians surveyed,56.88%had professional background in imaging,and 109 interventional physicians had bachelor degree or above.Conclusion The development of interventional medicine in Shenzhen is good,while the development level among hospitals is uneven,and the difference in business level among hospitals of different levels is significant.The development of interventional medicine faces many challenges.In order to promote the leap-forward development of interventional medicine,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of interventional medicine and personnel training.
