摘 要:以Mn/Al/B/Diamond粉体为原料,采用热爆合成技术,在氮气(N 2)保护下,在金刚石表面形成了MnB-AlN基多元复合涂层。研究了不同铝(Al)含量对结合剂和涂层的物相组成、显微形貌的影响。采用X射线衍射(XRD)仪、扫描电镜(SEM),分析了热爆试样的物相组成和显微形貌。研究结果表明:材料为Mn/Al/B/Diamond的压坯,经热爆反应会成为粉体产物;分离后得到的结合剂粉体与涂层的组织主要由MnB和AlN构成,且涂层组织为亚微米级晶粒;在原料中添加适量的Al,会促进涂层对金刚石表面的充分包裹。Using Mn/Al/B/Diamond powders as raw material,through thermal explosion synthesis technology,under the protection of N 2,a MnB-AlN-based multi-component composite coating was formed on the diamond surface.The effects of different Al contents on the phase composition and microstructure of the binder and coating were studied.The phase composition and microstructure of the hot-exploded samples were analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The research results show that the Mn/Al/B/Diamond compacts will detonate into powder products after the thermal explosion reaction.The structure of the binder powder and coating obtained after separation was mainly composed of MnB and AlN.Adding an appropriate amount of Al to the raw material will promote the coating to fully cover the surface of the diamond,and the coating structure is composed of sub-micron grains.
