摘 要:为明确污渍吸附及洗消处理是否影响消防服装的重复使用,系统探究了污渍吸附前后及洗消处理对其面料防护性能的影响。研究发现:相比未吸附污渍面料,吸附污渍面料的阻燃性、透气性、拒水性(油渍除外)均显著下降,但洗消处理后,其各项性能又基本恢复至未吸附污渍状态;不同污渍的吸附方式不同,油渍渗透到纤维内部,通过化学键相结合,属于化学吸附;泥渍以颗粒状或者块状吸附在纤维、纱线空隙或者表面,属于物理吸附;在同样的吸附或洗消条件下,不同面料的防护性能差异显著,说明消防面料的防护性能与是否吸附污渍、吸附污渍种类、是否洗消处理及面料自身性能均相关。研究可有效解决因消防服装表面污渍沉积造成的使用寿命缩短或资源浪费问题。In order to explore whether the adsorption and washing of stains affect the reuse of fire-fighting clothing or not,the effects of the adsorption and washing on the protective properties of the fabrics were systematically investigated.The results showed that:the fire-retardancy,air permeability and water repellency(except oil stain)of the adsorbed stains were significantly decreased compared with those of the non-adsorbed fabrics,but the protective properties of fabric were basically restored to the state of non-adsorbed stains after being washed;The adsorption state of the different stains was different,oil stains penetrate into the fiber,which belongs to chemical combination;Mud mainly adsorbs on the surface of the fabric,and remained in the void or surface of the fiber or yarn in the form of granules or blocks,which belongs to physical adsorption;And indicated that the protective performance of fire-fighting fabric was not only related to whether or not adsorbed stains,types of adsorbed stains and whether or not being washed,but also related to the fabric’s own performance,especially the fiber composition.The study effectively solved the problems of shortening service life or wasting resources caused by the deposition of stains on the surface of fire-fighting clothing.
