摘 要:为了了解FX510型智能集落亚麻细纱机的技术特点,从产量、质量和能耗三方面将其与FX505型亚麻细纱机进行了对比。对比结果表明:FX510型比FX505型的产量高25%,纱线条干提升3.2%,能耗低17%;FX510型亚麻细纱机配有自动落纱装置,可明显提高生产效率,降低劳动强度。In order to analyze the technical features of FX510 intelligent collective doffing flax spinning frame,we compared it with FX505 flax spinning frame from the aspect of output,quality,and energy consumption in this paper.Result showed that the output of FX510 was 25%higher than that of FX505,the yarn irregularity was 3.2%higher and energy consumption was 17%lower than those of FX505 respectively.Moreover,the automatic doffing device of FX510 could boost the production efficiency and reduce the labor intensity.
