摘 要:鉴于新型制冷剂R134a在空调蒸发器领域的应用良好,通过仿真模拟研究了管径、材质、排管数目、管内制冷剂的质量流量等排管参数对翅片管式蒸发器换热性能的影响。结果表明:材质为铜管时,随着制冷剂质量流量的增大,蒸发器的出口制冷剂干度在大体上先减小后增大;铜管管径或排管数目减小时,制冷剂与管道的摩擦作用增大,制冷剂的流动阻力增大,蒸发器的出口压降会急剧增大,总换热量会缓慢增大;在管径、排管数目、制冷剂质量流量保持不变的情况下,铝管与铜管的蒸发器换热性能差异较小。In order to study the heat transfer performance of a new refrigerant R134a in the field of air conditioning evaporators,the effects of tube parameters such as tube diameter,material,tube number and refrigerant flow rate on the heat transfer performance of finned tube evaporator were studied by simulation.The results show that when the material is the copper tube,the outlet dryness of refrigerant first decreases and then increases with the increase of refrigerant flow rate.When the diameter of the copper pipe or the number of pipe rows decreases,the friction and resistance between refrigerant and pipe increase,and the outlet pressure drop increases significantly,while the total heat transfer increases slowly.The difference in heat exchange performance between the aluminum tube and the copper tube evaporators are small under the constant diameter,number of tubes and refrigerant flow rate.The results can provide basic data for the design and development of new finned tube evaporators.
