摘  要:通过筛选RAPD标记引物,PCR反应体系优化获得最佳PCR反应条件,并运用筛选的RAPD引物进行群体扩增,筛选出6个效果较好的引物用于24个黑麦草个体组成的群体扩增。共获得52个有效条带,其中,多态性条带49条,占94.23%。24个个体构成的群体被分为5个分支,且各分子间存在一定的遗传距离。By screening the RAPD marker primers,the PCR reaction system was optimized to obtain the best PCR reaction conditions,and the screened RAPD primers were used for population amplification.Six primers with better results were screened for population amplification consisting of 24 individuals of Lolium perenne.A total of 52 effective bands were obtained,of which 49 were polymorphic bands,the percentage of polymorphic bands was 94.23%,and the polymorphism was high.The population composed of 24 individuals is divided into 5 branches,and there was a certain genetic distance between each molecule.
