摘 要:为明确包头地区马铃薯早疫病的病原菌,采用常规组织分离法进行分离纯化,依据病原菌的形态特征和致病性,将分离病原菌初步确定为链格孢属Alternaria。rDNA-ITS序列分析表明,病原菌rDNA-ITS区大小为542 bp,经Blast比对,该菌ITS序列与链格孢属Alternaria同源性100%。同时,对部分马铃薯品种的早疫病抗性进行室内接种鉴定,结果表明,供试12个马铃薯品种中,仅“中薯3号”病情指数为23.44,属中抗品种,其余品种均是早疫病抗性品种。In order to identify the pathogen of potato early blight in Baotou area,routine tissue separation method was used,according to the morphological characteristics and pathogenicity of the pathogen,the isolated pathogen was preliminarily identified as Alternaria.Sequence analysis showed that the rDNA-ITS region of the pathogen was 542 bp.Blast comparison showed that ITS sequence of the pathogen had 100%homology with Alternaria.Meanwhile,the resistance of some potato varieties to early blight was identified by indoor inoculation.The results showed that only the disease index of“Zhongshu 3”was 23.44,which was a moderately resistant variety among the 12 potato varieties,and the other varieties were early blight resistant varieties.
