掌叶覆盆子根和茎中主要矿质营养元素含量的动态变化

摘  要:以掌叶覆盆子为试验材料,采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定不同月份根和茎中K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Zn等矿质营养元素含量,并比较分析2个不同部位中主要矿质营养元素含量周年动态变化规律。结果表明,掌叶覆盆子根中6种主要矿质营养元素周年平均含量均高于茎中含量;掌叶覆盆子根中Ca和茎中K含量周年均呈先增后减趋势,根中K含量周年出现2次先减后增趋势,根和茎中Fe含量周年出现2次先增后减趋势,根和茎中Mg、Zn含量周年变化幅度相对较小,根中Mn和茎中Ca、Mn含量周年变化无明显规律;掌叶覆盆子根和茎中K、Ca、Fe、Mn含量峰值分别出现在5—6月和6—7月。Using Rubus chingii as the test material,the contents of K,Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn and Zn in roots and stems in different months were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-OES),and the annual dynamic changes of main mineral nutrient elements in two different parts were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the annual average contents of six main mineral nutrients in roots were higher than those in stems,and the contents of Ca in roots and K in stems increased first and then decreased annually,the content of K in roots decreased first and then increased twice a year,the content of Fe in roots and stems increased first and then decreased twice a year,the annual change range of Mg and Zn in roots and stems was relatively small,the annual change of Mn in roots and Ca and Mn in stems had no obvious law.The peak contents of K,Ca,Fe and Mn in roots and stems of Rubus chingii appeared from May to June and from June to July,respectively.
