新疆生产建设兵团职工政策性农业保险满意度研究——以伊犁州为例  

Study on the Satisfaction of Policy Agricultural Insurance of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps Workers--A Case of Ili Prefecture

摘　　要：政策性农业保险在农民农业生产中起着重要作用,而新疆生产建设兵团作为全国最大的农垦区,对新疆乃至全国农业产业有着重要意义。选择研究伊犁州管辖区域内的兵团职工对政策性农业保险的满意程度,采用问卷调查和访谈结合的方式收集相关数据,利用量表测度职工对政策性农业保险的满意度,得出职工对政策性农业保险满意程度为较满意的结论;利用逐步回归模型对影响职工满意度的因素进行分析,得出影响农户满意程度的因素为近3年是否受灾、政府保费补贴知晓程度、政策性农业保险保障水平、保险公司勘察定损速度并进行总结和讨论。Policy agricultural insurance plays an important role in farmers’agricultural production,and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps,as the largest agricultural reclamation area in China,is of great significance to the agricultural industry in Xinjiang and the country as a whole.This paper chooses to study the satisfaction level of the corps workers in the jurisdictional area of Ili Prefecture with policy agricultural insurance,and uses a combination of questionnaires and interviews to collect relevant data,and uses a scale to measure the satisfaction level of the workers with policy agricultural insurance,and concludes that the workers are more satisfied with policy agricultural insurance;uses a stepwise regression model to analyze the factors affecting the satisfaction level of the workers,and concludes that the factors affecting the farmers'satisfaction level were whether they were affected by disasters in the past three years,the degree of knowledge of government premium subsidies,the level of policy agricultural insurance coverage,and the speed of insurance companies in surveying and fixing damages,which were summarized and discussed.
