摘　　要：红旗渠作为我国优秀的红色文化资源,具有重要的内在价值和开发价值。面对新时期乡村振兴工作出现的问题和难题,要充分利用并借鉴红旗渠的成功经验,强化党的思想政治工作、严格干部管理与财务制度、打造新时期密切的干群关系、加强生态文明建设、吸引并留住农村人才以及动员协调各方力量,推动乡村振兴战略顺利实施。As an excellent red cultural resource in China,the Red Flag Canal has an important intrinsic value and development value.Aiming at the problems and difficulties of rural revitalization in the new era,we should promote the successful implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,by making use of and drawing experience from the Red Flag Canal,strengthening the party's ideological and political work,tightening the cadre management and financial system,building a close relationship between cadres and the masses in the new era,strengthening the construction of ecological civilization,attracting and retaining rural talents,and mobilizing and coordinating various forces.
