乡村振兴视角下的农村劳动力转移路径研究

摘　　要：乡村振兴是新时代有效治理我国城乡二元经济结构的重要手段,也是推动农村劳动力转移的主要因素。基于乡村振兴的研究视角,分析农村劳动力转移的主要影响因素,概括性地提出了农村劳动力转移影响因素分析框架,系统阐述了农村劳动力转移与乡村振兴、新型城镇化建设的内在逻辑,提出了实施农村人才工程、推进农村社保体系建设、振兴涉农产业和推动美丽乡村建设等具有时代特征的农村劳动力转移路径。当前,疫情新常态渐成趋势,农村劳动力转移更加呈现本地化特征,对乡村振兴背景下构建城乡一体化发展新格局具有重要的现实意义。Rural revitalization is an important means to effectively control the dual economic structure of China’s urban and rural areas in the new era,and it is also the main factor driving the transfer of rural labor.Based on the research perspective of rural revitalization,analyzes the main influencing factors of rural labor transfer,and generalizes the analysis framework of rural labor transfer influencing factors,systematicly expounds the internal logic of rural labor transfer,rural revitalization and new urbanization construction.It puts forward the rural labor transfer path with the characteristics of the times,such as implementing rural talent project,promoting rural social security system construction,revitalizing agriculture-related industries and promoting beautiful rural construction.At present,the new normal of the epidemic is gradually becoming a trend,and the transfer of rural labor force is more localized,which is of great practical significance for building a new pattern of urban-rural integrated development under the background of rural revitalization.
