摘  要:为了提高炼钢工序生产效率和钢水质量,使炼钢工序向智能化精细化生产转型升级,进行了基于5G通信技术的智能化炼钢系统的建设,应用后提高了炼钢工序控制水平,钢水一次拉碳命中率由92.3%提高至96.5%,提高了烟气中一氧化碳回收率,降低了原材料损耗和生产能耗,减少有害废气废物的排放,取得较好的经济与环保效益。In order to improve the production efficiency and quality of molten steel and upgrade the steelmaking process to the intelligentized and refined production level,the intelligent steelmaking system based on the 5G communication technology was establised.After the system was put into operation,the control level of steelmaking process was improved.And thus the hit rate of disposable carbon catching for molten steel was increased to 96.5%from 92.3%,the recovery rate for carbon monoxide in flue gas was improved,the consumption of raw materials and production energy was reduced and the emissions of harmful waste gas and wastes were reduced.So economic and environmental benefits were achieved.
