摘  要:介绍了鞍钢连铸加渣机技术发展历程,重点阐述了鞍钢自主研发的连铸加渣机及其智能控制系统功能,智能化加渣机配合生产执行系统PES,可以实现工艺操作控制、物料质量管理、铸坯缺陷回溯,万吨漏钢预报发生次数下降0.02次,铸坯表面缺陷率下降0.012%,满足了鞍钢连铸设备智能化、集控化发展需要。The development history on the technology for the mould powder carrying machine for continuous casting in Ansteel was introduced,and particularly the independently-developed-by-Ansteel mould powder carrying machine for continuous casting and its functions in terms of the intelligent control system were expounded.Then it was concluded that technological operating control,material quality management and backtracking of billet defects could be achieved by the intelligentized mould powder carrying machine together with the PES(Product Execution System).Therefore the occurrence frequency of breakout forecasting per 10,000 tons of steel was decreased by 0.02 times,and the surface defect rate of casting blanks was decreased by 0.012%,which met the requirements asked by the development of intelligentized technology and centralized control for continuous casting equipment in Ansteel.
