摘　　要：简要介绍了鞍钢炼焦单元工艺情况,分析了鞍钢炼焦单元智能化需要进一步提升和改进的问题。阐述了鞍钢五炼焦产线智能化建设在智能备煤、智能炼焦、智能焦炉车辆、智能干熄焦、智能煤焦物料输送等炼焦生产单元及其附属模块等环节的应用和推广实例,并结合炼焦智能化实践,提出可供炼焦智能化借鉴的经验。The process situation on coking units in Ansteel was briefly introduced.Then some problems in terms of the intelligent construction for coking units in Ansteel that need to be further promoted and improved were analyzed.After that those applications and living examples in popularizing on intelligent construction for coking units in production at No.5 Coking Plant of Ansteel such as intelligent coal preparing,intelligent coking,intelligent coke oven vehicles,intelligent dry quenching and intelligent transporting of such materials as coal and coke and their subordinate modules were described.Meanwhile combined with the practice of intelligent coking,the experience from the practice that could be used for construction of intelligent coking was proposed.
