摘　　要：攀钢钒冷轧厂库区智能化管理水平低,库区的天车司机需要重复吊运钢卷,通过对原料库进行智能化改造,运用天车智能控制、无线通讯、PLC等技术对原有设备进行升级改造;改造后的天车实现无人化作业,原料库的钢卷数据实现可视化、信息化、智能化管理,同时生产线、原料库和L3之间钢卷信息实现共享。The intelligent control level for the warehouse area at Cold Rolled Plant of Panzhihua Steel and Vanadium Co.,Ltd.was lower,and then the crane drivers operating in the area had to repeatedly hoist and convey the steel coils.Given the circumstances,the old equipment was upgraded by means of upgrading the intelligent system for the raw material warehouse and applying these technologies such as intelligent control for an overhead travelling crane,wireless communication and PLC.After upgrading,the crane coluld be in unmaned operation,the steel coils data on the raw material warehouse could be processed based on controlling of visualization,information and intelligence,while the steel coil information on the production line,the raw material warehouse and L3 could be shared by all.
