摘　　要：介绍了鞍钢股份有限公司鲅鱼圈钢铁分公司原料化检验系统智能化建设情况,通过构建“五位一体”的智能化化检验系统,实现了从接到采购订单信息到报出结果的全流程连续化、操作自动化、管理信息化、信息数字化,大大提高原料化检验作业效率和作业质量。The current state on the construction of intelligent inspection system for raw materials in Bayuquan Branch of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd.was introduced.Based on the construction of Five in One intelligent inspection system,all these operations in terms of the whole uninterrupted process from data on receiving purchase orders to reporting results of data handling,operating based automation,managing based on information,and data-processing based on digitization of information were achieved,which greatly improved the efficiency and quality of inspecing raw materials.
