噻霉酮防治双孢蘑菇细菌性褐斑病药效试验初报

摘　　要：双孢蘑菇出菇前,在菇床上喷施不同剂量5%噻霉酮悬浮剂和3%噻霉酮微乳剂,12天后调查双孢蘑菇细菌性褐斑病的病情指数并比较不同处理的防治效果。通过分析发现,虽然不同处理的防治效果之间差异不显著,但都对双孢蘑菇细菌性褐斑病有明显的防治作用。综合多方面因素,生产中建议使用5%噻霉酮悬浮剂,推荐有效成分用量为12.5 g·hm^(-2)~17.5 g·hm^(-2);在双孢蘑菇细菌性褐斑病发病前使用,共施药1次;药剂使用方法为向菇床喷雾。Before Agaricus bisporus fruiting,different doses of 5%benziothiazolinone suspension and 3%benziothiazolinone microemulsion were sprayed on mushroom bed.After 12 days,the disease index of bacterial brown spot of A.bisporus was investigated and the control effects of different treatments were compared.According to the analysis,although there is no significant difference in the control effect of different treatments,there is obvious control effect on the bacterial brown spot of A.bisporus.In cultovation,it is recommended to use 5%benziothiazolinone suspension,and the recommended dosage of active ingredient is 12.5 g·hm^(-2)-17.5 g·hm^(-2).It should be used before the onset of the bacterial brown spot of A.bisporus with 1 application.The method of use of the agent is spraying to mushroom bed.
