摘 要:基于2011—2020年黄河流域9个省域的面板数据,运用包含非期望产出的超效率SBM模型对该流域农业生态效率进行测算,并运用OLS模型分析各因素对该流域农业生态效率的影响。研究发现:黄河流域在样本期间内的农业生态效率处于中间水平,整体呈上升趋势,且在2020年达到完全有效;农业生态效率在区域上呈现出从上游向下游递进的趋势,但区域间差异不大;化肥使用强度、农药使用强度、对外开放度均在1%的显著性水平对黄河流域农业生态效率有负向影响,说明这些变量的增加会降低该流域农业生态效率值,而减少这些变量的投入则会对农业生态效率产生提升作用;机械化水平、财政支持度、经济结构和城镇化率均有显著的正向作用,且通过了1%的显著性检验,说明这些因素的增加会对农业生态效率产生提升作用。在此基础上,提出加大财政支农力度,完善资金管理机制;加大农业科技投入,改善农业生产模式;完善内外部机制,促进农业高质量发展等建议,以促进黄河流域农业绿色和可持续发展。Based on the 2011-2020 panel data of nine provinces in the Yellow River Basin,this study has used the super efficiency SBM model containing unexpected output to calculate the agricultural ecological efficiency of the basin,and used the OLS model to analyze the impact of various factors on the agricultural ecological efficiency of the basin.It has found that the agricultural ecological efficiency of the Yellow River Basin was at the middle level during the sample period,showing an overall upward trend,and realized full effectiveness in 2020.Regionally,it was progressive from upstream to downstream,but there was little difference between regions.The application intensities of chemical fertilizers and pesticides,and openness all had a negative impact(at the significant level of 1%)on the agricultural ecological efficiency of the Yellow River Basin,indicating that the increase of these variables reduced the agricultural ecological efficiency value of the basin,and the decrease of these variables promoted the agricultural ecological efficiency.The mechanization level,financial support,economic structure and urbanization rate all had a positive effect(at the significant level of 1%),indicating that the increase of these factors promoted the agricultural ecological efficiency.Hence,the study has proposed to increase financial support for agriculture,and improve the fund management mechanism;increase agricultural science and technology investment,and improve the agricultural production mode;improve internal and external mechanisms,and promote high-quality agricultural development,so as to promote green and sustainable agricultural development in the Yellow River Basin.
