摘  要:为了提高渤海湾地区东营组东三段和沙河街组撞击式井壁取心收获率和合格率,克服压实作用好的高坚硬致密岩层取心困难情况,研究开发新型材料、新型结构爆炸撞击式井壁取心岩心筒,总结坚硬地层发射火药装入量与地层及井深关系经验,研制可拆卸岩心筒压心装置,并通过十多口井应用试验,使深层高坚硬度地层取心收获率和合格率大大提高,实现安全、快速、优质施工。The vertical depth of the third member of Dongying Formation and shahejie Formation in Bohai Bay area is more than 4000 meters.The stratum becomes very dense due to compaction,and the rock layer has a high degree of hardness.In the traditional explosion and impact sidewall coring construction,for this stratum,the amount of gunpowder is relatively small,and the core barrel cannot be effectively embedded into the sidewall.A large amount of gunpowder will cause the core barrel to be smashed on the hard shaft wall,and the effective core cannot be obtained.Therefore,the yield and pass rate of sidewall coring in this formation cannot be improved effectively.In order to change this phenomenon,the traditional coring process is improved by changing the material,shape and charge quantity of the core barrel,so that it can be used for hard stratum coring operation.More than ten successful cases of borehole wall coring using the new technology show that the improvement can effectively improve the yield and pass rate of hard stratum.
