摘 要:目的 研究金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus,S. aureus)对克林霉素的诱导型耐药情况,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法 采用VITEK-2 Compact微生物分析系统对临床分离的S. aureus菌株进行鉴定和药物敏感性测定。采用微量肉汤稀释法检测诱导型克林霉素耐药情况。结果共分离得到428株S. aureus,其中耐甲氧西林S. aureus(MRSA)占23.13%(99/428),甲氧西林敏感S. aureus(MSSA)占76.87%(329/428)。对红霉素耐药、克林霉素敏感的S. aureus有237株,其中克林霉素诱导试验阳性174株,占73.41%。结论 S. aureus克林霉素诱导型耐药发生率较高,临床微生物试验室应加强对葡萄球菌的克林霉素诱导耐药检测,以指导临床合理选用抗菌药物。Objective To observe the inducible resistance of Staphylococcus aureus(S.aureus)to Clindamycin,so as to provide more reliable evidence for the clinical rational use of antibiotics treatment.Methods Bacteria identification and susceptibility test were performed by using VITEK-2 Compact system.Inducible Clindamycin resistance was detected with broth microdilution method.Results In 428 strains of S.aureus clinically isolated,MRSA accounted for 23.13%(99/428),MSSA accounted for 76.87%(329/428).In 237 strains of S.aureus which were resistant to Erythromycin and sensitive to Clindmycin,174 strains were positive for inducible Clindamycin test,and the positive rate was 73.41%.Conclusion The inducible Clindamycin resistance rate of S.aureus is high.Clinical microbiology laboratory should pay attention to Clindamycin resistance detection,in order to guide rational use of antimicrobial agents.
