摘　　要：作为清廉浙江建设的重要单元,清廉医院建设稳步推进成效明显,但医院廉政档案管理缺乏同步性,亟待进一步规范和深化效能开发。文章以浙江省肿瘤医院廉政档案建立与管理为例,分析探讨医院廉政档案规范化、制度化管理及在清廉教育、价值利用等方面助推清廉医院建设的相关路径。As an important unit of the construction of incorruptible Zhejiang, the construction of incorruptible hospital has achieved remarkable results, but the management of incorruptible archives in hospital lacks synchronization, and it is urgent to further standardize and deepen the development of efficiency. Taking the establishment and management of incorruptible archives in Zhejiang Cancer Hospital as an example, this paper analyzes and discusses the standardization and institutionalized management of incorruptible archives in hospitals, and the relevant paths to promote the construction of incorruptible hospitals in terms of integrity education and value utilization.
