摘　　要：共同富裕是社会主义的本质要求,是中国式现代化的重要特征,实现共同富裕不仅是经济问题,而且是关系党的执政基础的重大政治问题。2021年底中央经济工作会议指出,要正确认识和把握共同富裕的战略目标和实践途径。要坚持以人民为中心的发展思想,在高质量发展中促进共同富裕,既要通过高质量发展不断做大做优社会财富“蛋糕”,夯实共同富裕的基础,还要通过构建初次分配、再分配、三次分配协调配套的基础性制度安排,切好分好社会财富“蛋糕”,使改革发展成果更多更公平地惠及民生,不断满足人民对美好生活的向往。Common prosperity is the essential requirement of socialism and an important feature of Chinese-style modernization.Achieving common prosperity is not only an economic issue,but also a major political issue related to the Party’s ruling base.The Central Economic Work Conference at the end of 2021 pointed out that the strategic goal of common prosperity should be correctly understood and grasped and the way to practice it.We should adhere to the people-centered development ideology and promote common prosperity in high quality development,not only by continuously making the‘cake’of social wealth bigger and better through high quality development and consolidating the foundation of common prosperity,but also by constructing a basic institutional arrangement for the coordination of primary distribution,redistribution and three distributions,to cut and share the social wealth‘cake’,so that the fruits of reform and development more and more equitable benefit the people’s livelihood,and constantly meet the people’s aspirations for a better life.
