摘  要:以试验检验压力容器绕丝报警在线安全监控技术的性能,构造以30CrMo调质处理的高强度无缝气瓶,预制轴向裂纹缺陷,外壁螺旋缠绕探测线并连接报警器,于裂纹缺陷周围布置应变片,对整体结构进行了压力循环,并进行应变测试,报警后对试件进行了爆破试验。结果表明,压力循环工况下,绕丝可对类似气瓶的柱状容器,在整体低应力、局部高应力、环向变形小于0.5%的情况下报警,报警后试验构件爆破压力高于报警压力2.65 MPa。High strength seamless cylinder was constructed with quenched and tempered 30CrMo steel in order to test the performance of pressure vessel wire winding alarm online monitoring technology.The cylinder was prefabricated with axial crack defects.Detection wire was coiled around the outer surface of vessel and connected to the alarm.Strain gauges were placed around the crack defect.The whole structure was subjected to pressure cycling test and strain test,followed by bursting test after the alarm.The results show that the wire winding could alarm under the cyclic pressure for the cylindrical vessel similar to gas cylinder,when the overall stress is low,the local stress is high and the circumferential deformation is less than 0.5%.After the alarm,the bursting pressure of the test component is 2.65 MPa higher than the alarm pressure.
