摘  要:高效换热器的研究与开发一直是换热领域关注的热点问题,连续螺旋折流板结构是改善管壳式换热器性能的有效措施。针对某企业最新加工制作的无中心管连续螺旋折流板换热器,通过试验与数值模拟对其综合传热性能进行了研究。结果表明,与传统的弓形折流板相比,螺旋折流板换热器壳程流动死区明显减少,流场和温度场均匀性、场协同性增强;在试验研究范围内,其总传热系数比传统弓形折流板换热器增加了1.5%~22.8%,压降下降了10.8%~36.5%,综合传热性能增加了38.2%~49.8%,场协同数增加了4.2%~16.0%。研究结果可为工业用无中心管连续螺旋折流板换热器结构开发和性能研究提供参考与借鉴。The research and development of high efficiency heat exchanger has always been a hotspot in the field of heat exchange.The continuous helical baffle is an effective measure to improve the performance of shell and tube heat exchanger.For the continuous helical baffle heat exchanger without central tube manufactured newly by an enterprise,its comprehensive heat transfer performance was studied through experiments and numerical simulation.The results show that,compared with the traditional segmental baffle heat exchanger,the flow dead zone of shell side is significantly reduced,and the uniformity of the flow field and temperature field and field synergy are enhanced.Within the range of experimental study,the heat transfer coefficient of the continuous helical baffle heat exchanger is increased by 1.5%~22.8%,the pressure drop is decreased by 10.8%~36.5%,the comprehensive heat transfer performance is increased by 38.2%~49.8%,and the field coordination number is increased by 4.2%~16.0%.The research results can provide reference for the structure development and performance research of continuous helical baffle heat exchanger without central tube for industrial application.
