摘  要:管道压降是管网输送的重要技术指标之一,膨胀节压降对管网整体压降有着重要影响。采用Fluent软件对DN500的旁通直管压力平衡型膨胀节压降进行计算,利用突缩、突扩结构与其结构相似的特征,对仿真模型进行验证,误差分别在4%和7%以内,与理论计算吻合较好。仿真结果显示,膨胀节压降随入口速度的增大呈指数增长的趋势,通过拟合获得DN500旁通直管压力平衡型膨胀节压降计算公式,能够快速进行膨胀节压降计算,指导工程应用。The pressure drop of pipeline is one of the important technical indicators of pipeline network transportation,and the pressure drop of expansion joint has an important impact on the overall pressure drop of pipeline network.The pressure drop of DN500 bypass straight pressure balanced expansion joint was calculated by Fluent.The simulation model was verified using the characteristics similar to sudden contraction and expansion structure.The error is within 4%and 7%respectively,which is in good agreement with the theoretical calculation.The simulation results show that the pressure drop of the expansion joint increases exponentially with the increase of inlet velocity.The pressure drop calculation formula for DN500 bypass straight pressure balanced expansion joint was obtained by fitting.It can quickly calculate the pressure drop of expansion joint and guide engineering application.
