摘 要:藏式建筑受其自身结构稳定性差和分布地区地震频发的影响,藏式民居早已对藏民的生命财产产生严重威胁。以传统藏式建筑为调研对象,对其构造特征、受力性能、震害程度及建筑设计中的抗震思想进行综述分析,基于危险房屋鉴定标准和构造特征将藏式建筑的损坏类型和加固方法分为三类,结合传统砌体加固方法,对其各类加固方法在藏式建筑中的适用性情况进行研究分析。得到墙体自身材料性能差是藏式建筑破坏的主要原因,应更换材料,增强其黏结材料状态;藏式建筑破坏主要表现为墙体破坏,其余部件均存在结构隐患,墙体采取加固是首要问题,其余部件加固也不能忽视。Tibetan-style buildings are affected by their own poor structural stability and the frequent occurrence of earthquakes in their distribution areas,and Tibetan-style dwellings have long been a serious threat to the lives and property of Tibetans.This paper takes traditional Tibetan-style buildings as the object of research,conducts an overview and analysis of their structural characteristics,force performance,degree of earthquake damage and seismic ideas in architectural design,divides the damage types and reinforcement methods of Tibetan-style buildings into three categories based on the identification criteria of dangerous houses and structural characteristics,and combines traditional masonry reinforcement methods to study and analyse the applicability of their various reinforcement methods in Tibetan-style buildings.The poor material performance of the walls themselves is the main cause of damage to Tibetan buildings,and the materials should be replaced to enhance the state of their bonding materials;the damage to Tibetan buildings is mainly manifested by the destruction of the walls,and the rest of the components have structural hazards;the walls are taken to be reinforced as the primary problem,and the reinforcement of the rest of the components should not be neglected.
