摘  要:包头市某矩形顶管工程位于复杂砂砾地层中,顶管施工过程中地下出现大量空洞。为了准确找出空洞形成的原因,采取了一套科学严谨的分析方法。先通过对现场空洞以及顶管施工参数的调查,找出“土压力显示异常”与“顶进动力过大”这两个主要问题。在此基础上,绘制原因分析关联图找出8条末端因素,并逐条进行要因确认。最终,找出了地下空洞形成的主因:土压表被砂石堵塞、减摩泥浆在土体中流失以及改良泥浆配合比不适用。A rectangular pipe jacking project in Baotou is located in the complex gravel stratum.During the pipe jacking construction,there are a lot of holes under the ground.In order to find out the reasons for the formation of the hole,we have adopted a set of scientific and rigorous analytical methods.First,through the investigation of the construction site parameters and the construction parameters of the jacking pipe,we find out the 2 main problems of“abnormal earth pressure display”and“excessive jacking force”.On this basis,we draw the cause analysis association diagram to find out 8 terminal factors,and confirm the cause by item.Finally,the main reason for the formation of the underground cavity is found out:the earth pressure gauge is blocked by sand and gravel,the mud is lost in the soil and the mixing ratio of the improved mud is not applicable.
