摘　　要：把握社会发展对应用型人才知识、能力和素质的迫切需求,确定专业核心能力,改革人才培养模式,培养符合社会需要的高素质工程应用型人才是一般地方院校所要考虑的首要问题。主要探讨了地方高等学校土建人才培养中存在的一系列问题,探索面向工程能力提升的应用型人才培养新模式,以期通过人才培养模式改革提高人才培养质量。Grasping the urgent needs of social development for the knowledge,ability and quality of applied talents,determining the core professional ability,reforming the talent training mode,and cultivating high-quality engineering applied talents that meet the needs of society are the primary issues to be considered by general local colleges and universities.This paper mainly discusses a series of problems existing in the training of civil engineering talents in local colleges and universities,and explores a new training mode of applied talents oriented to the improvement of engineering ability.Improve the quality of talent training through the reform of talent training mode.
