摘　　要：本文基于已建立的工业遗产改造类创意产业园的建成环境后评价模型,以青岛已投入使用的工业遗产类创意产业园——青岛中联U谷2.5产业园为例,通过实地调研,对使用者和市民进行问卷调查与访谈,得到使用者对改造类创意产业园的评价结果,从而得到工业遗产改造类创意产业园存在的问题的反馈,进而提出改造优化策略,更好地保护、传承和发展工业遗产,以期为同类型的工业遗产改造提供启发和指引。Based on the established post construction environment evaluation model of creative industrial park transformed from industrial heritage,taking Qingdao Zhonglian U valley 2.5 Industrial Park,an industrial heritage creative industrial park that has been put into use in Qingdao,as an example,the evaluation results of users on the transformed creative industrial park are obtained through field investigation,questionnaire survey and interview with users and citizens,so as to get the feedback of the problems existing in the creative industrial park transformed from industrial heritage.Then the paper puts forward the transformation optimization strategy to better protect,inherit and develop the industrial heritage,and to provide inspiration and guidance for the transformation of the same type of industrial heritage.
