城市设计视角的历史文化街区保护与活化——以孙文西骑楼街为例

摘　　要：文章针对历史文化街区历史信息模糊、空间脉络割裂、功能业态单一、资金投入后续乏力问题,对孙文西骑楼街的再生设计和片区活化进行了梳理总结。从城市设计视角,提出历史现状信息数据化管理、社会网络的延续、业态引导、参与平台建设方面的策略,在新旧共生、和而不同的理念下,指引历史文化街区保护再生,以期为同类型街区的保护与活化提供一定借鉴。This paper sorts out and summarizes the regenerative design and revitalization of Qilou Street on Sunwen Road in view of the problems of vague historical information,fragmented spatial context,single functional format,and lack of follow-up capital investment in historical and cultural blocks.From the perspective of urban design,this paper proposes strategies for the data management of historical status information,the continuation of social networks,the guidance of business formats,and the construction of participating platforms,and guides the protection and regeneration of historical and cultural blocks under the concept of symbiosis between new and old,harmony and difference,in order to provide certain references for the protection and revitalization of the same type of blocks.
