摘 要:在“双碳”背景下,发展绿色建筑是必然趋势。《绿色建筑评价标准》通过条文规范对建筑进行绿色评级,但传统评价方式效率低,可视化程度差。本研究将绿色建筑评价条文参数化,以BIM为基础,利用C#语言对Revit进行二次开发,构建基于BIM的绿色建筑评价程序,可一键计算绿色建筑星级及各项条文得分,评价结果以图表呈现,以实现《绿色建筑评价标准》可视化,从而促进绿色建筑发展。Under the background of carbon peak and carbon neutrality,the development of green buildings is an inevitable trend.The Green Building Evaluation Standard carries out green rating on buildings through specifications,but the traditional evaluation method is inefficient and the degree of visualization is poor.This paper parameterizes the green building evaluation provisions,uses C#language to carry out the secondary development of Revit,and builds a green building evaluation program based on BIM,which can calculate the star rating of green buildings and the scores of various provisions with one click.The evaluation results are presented in a graphical table,so as to realize the visualization of the Green Building Evaluation Standard and to promote the development of green buildings.
