摘　　要：中国当前的城市住宅存在着住房空间不合理的问题,这与城市居民的切实需求形成了矛盾。结合“集约紧凑”理念,为积极处理矛盾并高效利用资源,本文提出了结合目标住户实际住房空间需求,以“优先功能区”为切入点的城市住宅套型设计思路与方法。At present,China's urban housing has the problem of unreasonable housing space,which contradicts the actual needs of urban residents.Combined with the concept of“intensive and compact”,in order to actively deal with contradictions and to utilize resources efficiently,this paper puts out the design ideas and methods of urban dwelling units based on the actual housing space needs of target households with the“priority functional areas”as the starting point.
