摘 要:文章针对整车车身外覆盖件的尺寸匹配问题,提出了一种基于实例推理的虚拟环境下自动进行尺寸匹配评价的方法。本方法以上汽大众多车型历史匹配评价数据作为数据库,通过将匹配数据与数据库数据进行数学对比来推理该匹配的尺寸评价;与此同时通过引入Python编程,使整个匹配评价过程能够一键完成,极大地提高了尺寸评价的效率,拓展了虚拟匹配在整车外观匹配领域的应用,为实时跟踪处理实车生产过程中产生的匹配问题提供了可靠的数据支持。Aiming at the problem of dimension matching of vehicle body outer panels,a meth-od of automatic dimension matching evaluation based on case-based reasoning in virtual environment is proposed.In this method,the historical matching evaluation data of the multiple vehicle models of Volkswagen are used as the database,and the matching size evaluation is deduced by mathematical comparison between the matching data and the database data.At the same time,by introducing Python programming,the whole matching evaluation process can be completed automatically,it will greatly improve the efficiency of size evaluation,expand the application of virtual matching in the field of vehicle appearance matching,and provide reliable data support for real-time tracking and processing of matching problems generated in the real vehicle production process.
