摘 要:针对某研发样车喇叭工作时车内振动明显的问题,通过主观评价及试验分析的手段确定该问题为低音喇叭强迫振动。为解决这一问题,制定了4种改善方案,经实车对比验证,确定了最终改善方案,且最终方案的工程化效果显著,喇叭支架优化后车内振动得到了明显抑制,喇叭工作时方向盘、地板及加速踏板处的振动现象消失,并在此基础上总结出汽车喇叭布置、支架设计及避震片厚度选择的技术要求。Aiming at the problem of obvious vibration in the car when the horn of a prototype car is working,the real cause of the problem is determined by means of subjective evaluation and experimental analysis—the forced vibration of the woofer.In order to solve this problem,four improvement plans are formulated.The final improvement plan is determined after the comparison and verification of the actual vehicle.And the engineering effect of the final plan is remarkable:after the horn bracket is optimized,the vibration in the vehicle is obviously suppressed,and the vibration at the steering wheel,floor and accelerator plate disappears when the horn is working.On this basis,the technical requirements for the arrangement of the car horn,the design of the bracket and the thickness of the shock absorber are summarized.
