循证护理在小儿疝气术后患者中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的:研究循证护理在小儿疝气术后患儿中的实施效果。方法:选取2018年11月-2019年11月滕州市中心人民医院收治的小儿疝气手术患儿143例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组。对照组71例,给予小儿外科一般护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施循证护理,对比两组小儿术后肛门排气、排便、下床时间及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组的术后肛门排气、排便及下床时间均早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:循证护理有利于小儿疝气术后患儿早期康复,可缩短术后下床时间,降低并发症发生率,从而提高患儿的生活质量,值得临床应用并予以推广。Objective:To study the implementation effect of evidence-based nursing model in pediatric hernia patients after surgery.Methods:From November 2018 to November 2019,143 children who underwent hernia surgery in Tengzhou Central People's Hospital were selected.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method.In the control group,71 children were given general nursing of pediatric surgery;the observation group implemented evidence-based nursing on the basis of the control group.The postoperative anal exhaust,defecation,ambulation time and complications in the two groups were compared.Results:The postoperative anal exhaust,defecation and ambulation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The evidence-based nursing is beneficial to the early rehabilitation of pediatric hernia patients after surgery,it can shorten the time of postoperative ambulation,reduce the medical cost,reduce the incidence of complications,thus improving the quality of life of the children.It deserves clinical application and promotion.
