摘　　要：目的:探讨优质护理在脑出血患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年3月-2019年3月滕州市中心人民医院收治的100例脑出血患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予优质护理,对比两组患者的自我护理能力、治疗依从性和生活质量。结果:观察组自我护理技能、自护责任感、自护概念、健康知识水平评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活领域、心理领域、独立性领域、社会关系领域、环境领域、精神领域评分及总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理可以明显提高脑出血患者的护理效果,值得应用并予以推广。Objective:To explore the application effect of high-quality nursing in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods:A total of 100 patients with intracerebral hemorrhage in Tengzhou Central People's Hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the study subjects and were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received high-quality nursing on the basis of the control group.The self-care ability,treatment compliance and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of self-care skills,self-care responsibility,self-care concept and health knowledge level in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of life,psychology,independence,social relations,environment and mental dimensions and total scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:High-quality nursing can significantly improve the nursing effect of patients with intracerebral hemorrhage,which is worth applying and popularizing.
