摘　　要：目的:了解济南市天桥区艾滋病流行特征,为有效控制天桥区疫情流行提供科学依据。方法:用描述流行病学方法对天桥区2004-2021年的艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者/AIDS患者的相关数据进行分析。结果:2004-2021年共报告并管理HIV感染者/AIDS患者648例,其中男627例(96.8%),女21例(占3.2%);20~49岁人群526例,占81.2%;商业服务人员235例,占36.3%;家政、家务及待业人员140例,占21.6%;本地户籍感染者197例,占30.4%;性传播644例,占99.4%,其中同性传播568例,占88.2%,异性传播76例。结论:天桥区2004-2021年艾滋病感染率呈上升趋势,传播途径主要为性传播,同性感染占比较大。Objective:To understand the epidemiological characteristics of AIDS in Tianqiao District of Ji’nan City,and provide scientific evidence for effective control of epidemic situation in Tiaoqiao District.Methods:The data of human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)infected person/acquired immunodeficiency syndrome(AIDS)patients newly reported in Tianqiao District from 2004 to 2021 were analyzed by descriptive epidemiological method.Results:A total of 648 HIV infected person/AIDS patients were reported and managed from 2004 to 2021.Among them,627 cases were male,accounting for 96.8%,while 21 cases were female,accounting for 3.2%;526 cases aged 20-49 years,accounting for 81.2%;235 cases were commercial service workers,accounting for 36.3%;140 cases were household workers or unemployed persons,accounting for 21.6%;197 cases were residents of Tianqiao District,accounting for 30.4%;644 cases were infected by sexual transmission,accounting for 99.4%,among which 568 cases were infected by homosexual activities,accounting for 88.2%.Conclusion:The incidence of AIDS infection in Tianqiao District from 2004 to 2021 is increasing.The transmission route is mainly sexual transmission,with a large proportion of homosexual infection.
