摘  要:目的:探讨2017-2021年佛山市三水区流感的病原学特征。方法:选取2017-2021年佛山市三水区两家哨点医院共送来的913份流感样病例咽拭子标本为研究对象,对检测结果进行分析。结果:913份流感样病例(ILI)标本经流感病毒核酸检测,阳性检出率为10.29%(94例阳性),其中甲型流感占阳性样品总数的56.38%(53例阳性),乙型流感阳性41例。每年流感的流行高峰出现在冬春季12月到次年3月,由各型流感病毒交替引起,但总的来说甲型流感占比较多;年龄分布中,6~15岁年龄组阳性率最高,为23.3%。结论:三水区2017-2021年流感流行以甲型流感为主,6~15岁为高发人群应加强流感防控和疫苗接种。Objective:To investigate the etiological characteristics of influenza in Sanshui District of Foshan City from 2017 to 2021.Methods:A total of 913 throat swab specimens of influenza-like illness submitted by two sentinel hospitals in Sanshui District of Foshan City from 2017 to 2021 were selected as the study objects,and the detection results were analyzed.Results:These 913 influenza-like illness(ILI)specimens were tested for influenza virus nucleic acid and the positive detection rate was 10.29%(94 positive cases),of which influenza A accounted for 56.38%(53 positive cases)of the total number of positive samples and influenza B was detected in 41 positive cases.The peak of influenza epidemic every year occurred from December to March of the following year in winter and spring,and was caused by the alternation of various types of influenza viruses,but in general,influenza A accounted for the predominant proportion;in terms of the age distribution,the age group of 6-15 years had the highest positive rate,accounting for 23.3%.Conclusion:Influenza A is the predominant influenza epidemic in Sanshui District from 2017 to 2021,and influenza prevention and control and vaccination are strengthened.
