基于过程管理的在线考试平台研究与设计

摘　　要：目前高校采用的在线考试平台主要是实现基于B/S或者C/S的考中环节功能,而考前的考生预约及考生信息核对环节缺失,考生考试进场的信息主要依靠教师人工核对,这不利于形成完整的学生个人学习数据图像。为此,文中提出一种与传统的在线考试平台搭建理念不同的在线考试平台,此平台设计更加注重考试全过程管理及数据采集,包括考试预约、考生信息识别、考试、成绩管理4个子系统。文中主要研究平台所需开发环境、硬件框架、系统架构、用户需求及功能实现等。考试预约及成绩管理子系统采用B/S结构,并采用ASP技术结合SQL数据库语言编写进行实现,内嵌于教学管理系统(LMS)。考试信息识别及考试子系统选择C/S架构和C#编程语言,采用ADO技术实现系统数据库连接及访问。最后,将所设计平台应用于某高校的基础英语考试中进行测试,结果表明,该平台功能及性能均可满足课程考试使用需求,具有可行性。文中的在线考试平台能够实现考试全过程管理的信息化,并显著提高在线考试过程及管理效率;同时,进行课程考试可减少任课教师负担,真正解决高校在线考试及管理过程中所存在的问题。At present,the online examination platform adopted by colleges is mainly to achieve the B/S or C/S based function in examination.However,the appointment and the information check of examinee before the examination are missing,and the information of examinees entering the examination hall is checked manually by teachers,which is not conducive to forming a complete picture of students'personal learning data.An online examination platform that is different from the traditional online examination platform is proposed.In the platform design,more attention to the whole process management and data collection in examination are paid.The platform includes four subsystems:examination appointment,information identification of examinee,examination and score management.The development environment,hardware framework,system architecture,user requirements and function realization required by the platform are researched in this paper.B/S structure and ASP technology combined with SQL database language programming are adopted for the examination appointment and score management subsystems.The two subsystems are embedded in the learning management system(LMS).C/S structure and C#programming language are selected for the examination information identification and examination subsystems.The connection and access to the system database is realized by means of ADO technology.The designed platform was applied in Basic English test of a university for the testing.The application results show that the functions and performance of this platform can meet the needs of course examination,and it is feasible.The online examination platform in this paper can realize the informatization of the whole process management of the examination,and significantly improve the efficiency of the online examination process management.The course examination on the online examination platform can reduce the burden on teachers and truly solve the problems in the online examination and management process in colleges.
