摘　　要：针对手车式中压断路器判断限位开关状态可能存在的误判问题,文中采用C++语言设计一种基于OpenCV和Qt的跨平台限位开关视频检测上位机软件,以辅助判断限位开关的状态。该软件依托OpenCV开源软件库和Qt图形界面开发软件,首先对相机采集到的图像进行预处理和形态学降噪,然后利用findContours函数以及drawContours函数框定并画出限位开关的轮廓,再采用contourArea函数计算图像中限位开关轮廓的面积值,判断限位开关是否闭合。文中创新性地将限位开关是否闭合的问题转换为判断上位机软件处理后的图像面积与预设值的大小问题,在模拟限位开关闭合的实验环境下,视频检测控制系统具有较好的检测精度和实时性,可以起到辅助判断限位开关是否闭合的作用。实验结果表明,所设计软件操作简单、可跨平台使用、检测准确率高,具有较好的应用价值。In allusion to the possible misjudgment in judging limit switch status of handcart⁃type medium⁃voltage circuit breaker,a cross⁃platform limit switch video detection upper computer software based on OpenCV and Qt is designed with C++language to conduct assistant judgement of the limit switch status.The software is relying on OpenCV open source software library and Qt graphical interface development software to perform preprocessing and morphology noise reduction of the images collected by the camera.The findContours function and drawContours function are used to frame and draw the contour of the limit switch.The contourArea function is used to calculate the area value of the limit switch contour in the image,so as to judge whether the limit switch is closed.The problem of whether the limit switch is closed is innovatively converted into the problem of judging the area in the image processed by the upper computer software and the size of the preset value.In the experimental environment of simulating the closing of limit switch,the video detection and control system has better detection accuracy and real⁃time performance,and can play an auxiliary role in judging whether the limit switch is closed.The experimental results show that the designed software is easy to operate,can be used across platforms,has high detection accuracy,and has a certain application value.
