摘　　要：仅从用户评论或APP操作行为角度分析软件用户反馈,所得结果较片面,难以令广大用户有较高的可信度。为了获取全面、综合的APP软件用户使用反馈,为开发人员提供真实有效的改进建议,文中针对APP软件用户评论与操作行为数据进行综合分析。首先,针对APP软件用户评论与操作行为数据进行预处理;然后,引入APP软件简介,通过语义相似度计算、查找用户评论与操作行为数据之间的关联关系;最后,基于二者之间的关联关系,使用数理统计的思想进行情感倾向相互验证。多批不同实验数据验证结果表明,APP软件用户评论与操作行为的关联准确率为83.03%,综合分析结果准确率为79%,能够满足实验预期的要求。通过APP软件用户评论与操作行为数据综合分析并查找二者之间的关联关系,能够得出全面、综合的APP软件使用反馈。When the software user feedback is analyzed only from user comments or APP operation behavior,the results are one⁃sided,and it is difficult for users to get high credibility.In order to obtain overall and comprehensive APP software user feedback,and provide developers with real and effective improvement suggestions,a comprehensive analysis of APP software user comments and operation behavior data is carried out.The APP software user comments and operation behavior data are preprocessed,and then the APP software brief introduction is introduced to calculate and find the correlation between user comments and operation behavior data by means of semantic similarity.Based on the correlation between the two,the idea of mathematical statistics is used to verify each other′s emotional tendencies.The verification results of several batches of different experimental data show that the correlation accuracy between APP software user comments and operation behavior is 83.03%,and the accuracy of the comprehensive analysis result is 79%,which can meet the requirements of experimental expectation.The experimental results show that comprehensive APP software usage feedback can be obtained by comprehensively analyzing APP software user comments and operation behavior data,and finding the correlation between them.
