玻璃体切除联合硅油填充术治疗孔源性视网膜脱离的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察玻璃体切除联合硅油填充术治疗孔源性视网膜脱离(RRD)的疗效。方法选择RRD患者33例,采用玻璃体切除术联合硅油填充术治疗,比较患者治疗前、玻切术后1周、取硅油术后3个月的视力变化情况。结果33例患者中,18例黄斑已脱离患者治疗后及硅油取出术后3个月,矫正视力均逐步改善(P<0.05)。15例黄斑未脱离患者治疗前及玻切术后1周、硅油取出术后3个月视力无显著变化(P>0.05)。结论玻璃体切除术联合硅油填充术治疗RRD疗效较好。Objective To observe the efficacy of vitrectomy combined with silicone oil filling in the treatment of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment(RRD).Methods Thirty-three patients with RRD were treated with vitrectomy combined with silicone oil filling.The visual acuity changes of the patients before treatment,1 week after vitrectomy,and 3 months after silicone oil removal were compared.Results Among the 33 patients,18 patients with macular detachment had gradually improved corrected visual acuity after treatment and 3 months after silicone oil removal(P<0.05).There was no significant change in visual acuity before treatment,1 week after vitrectomy,and 3 months after silicone oil removal in 15 patients with non-detached macular(P>0.05).Conclusion Vitrectomy combined with silicone oil filling is effective in the treatment of RRD.
