摘　　要：目的探讨玻璃体腔注药联合玻璃体切除硅油填充术治疗转移性眼内炎的临床价值。方法对2018年5月至2021年5月期间在我院就诊的30例转移性眼内炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,治疗眼数35只,对患者实施玻璃体切除硅油填充术联合术前48h及术毕时玻璃体腔注射抗菌药物治疗,评估对比指标:治疗前后患者最佳矫正视力、视网膜脱离、病情复发率,治疗有效率。结果入组患者治疗有效率为94.29%、6个月内复发率0%及视网膜脱离率2.86%,治疗前后患者最佳矫正视力指标对比中,治疗3个月、治疗6个月同治疗前相比明显改善(P<0.05)。结论转移性性眼内炎应用玻璃体腔注药联合玻璃体切割硅油填充手术治疗临床效果显著,可帮助患者实现视力有效改善。Objective To investigate the clinical value of vitreous cavity injection combined with vitrectomy silicone oil filling in the treatment of metastatic endophthalmitis.Methods The clinical data of 30 patients with metastatic endophthalmitis who were treated in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.The number of treated eyes was 35,and the patients underwent vitrectomy combined with silicone oil filling.Antibiotics were injected into the vitreous cavity for the first 48 hours and at the end of the operation.The evaluation and comparison indicators:the patients’best corrected visual acuity,retinal detachment,disease recurrence rate,and treatment efficiency before and after treatment.Results The treatment effective rate of the enrolled patients was 94.29%,the recurrence rate within 6 months was 0%,and the retinal detachment rate was 2.86%.the best corrected visual acuity indexes were significantly improved at 3 months and 6 months of treatment compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of intravitreal injection combined with vitrectomy silicone oil filling surgery for metastatic endophthalmitis has a significant clinical effect,which can improve patients’visual acuity.
