中药沐足促进产后子宫收缩临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中药沐足促进产后子宫收缩的临床疗效。方法:选取行阴道分娩的产妇1 200例,根据入院顺序分为对照组和观察组各600例。对照组分娩后给予缩宫素治疗,观察组分娩后给予中药沐足。比较2组治疗后的宫底高度、恶露量、住院时间及不同时间段的疼痛程度评分。结果:治疗后,观察组的宫底高度、恶露量及住院时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组产后6 h和24 h疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组产后48 h、72 h、96 h及120 h的疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阴道分娩的产妇产后进行中药沐足可降低宫底高度,减少恶露量,缩短住院时间,缓解子宫收缩引起的疼痛,促进产后子宫收缩的效果显著。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Chinese herbal foot bath on promoting postpartum uterine contraction. Methods: A total of 1,200 parturient women who underwent vaginal delivery were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the order of admission,with 600 cases in each group. The control group was treated with oxytocin after delivery,and the observation group was treated with Chinese herbal foot bath after delivery. The fundal height,lochia amount,length of hospital stay and pain scores at different time periods were compared between the two groups. Results:After treatment,the height of fundus,lochia amount and length of hospital stay in the observation group were decreased when compared with those in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the comparison of the pain scores six hours and twenty-four hours after delivery between the two groups(P>0.05). The pain scores in the observation group 48,72,96 and 120 hours after delivery were lower than those in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Chinese herbal foot bath can reduce the height of fundus,reduce the amount of lochia,shorten the length of hospital stay,relieve the pain caused by uterine contraction,and significantly promote the effect of postpartum uterine contraction.
